Arrived at 2:15pm contractor had put bearing pad and joint filler on bents Also built crossing to drive trucks throw tomorrow after unloading beams

Arrived at 4:05pm, no work but traffic control was in place

Arrived at 5:05pm Traffic Control was in place. No Work performed.
