Asphalt for new road Continue with asphalt 

No one on site traffic control in place

Arrived at 12:00pm no work but traffic control is in place

Arrived at noon and no work but traffic control was in place

 

Arrived at 8:00am this morning and APAC was onsite and had started laying base rock for the roadway  Contractor worked all day getting ready for Asphalt on Saturday or Monday 

Arrived at 5:35pm, contractor was working on Base for Roadway. Traffic control was in place on east end and contractor told me he would put up the west end when they leave.

Arrived at 4:10pm no work, traffic control in place.
