Arrived at 5:35pm, contractor was working on Base for Roadway.
Traffic control was in place on east end and contractor told me he would put up the west end when they leave.

Arrived on site to do Concrete Pour for Bent 2 Cap, first truck arrived at 8:18am. I tested concrete: Slump 4”, Air 5.5%, Temp 83. Pour went good, made three cylinders Beams will be next, looking at about two weeks to see beams
